LEED

LEED is a globally recognized green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. It evaluates buildings on sustainability metrics such as energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, and materials used. Projects earn points toward certification levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.LEED is for all building types and all building phases including new construction, interior fit outs, operations and maintenance and core and shell.
At LEO, we take pride in supporting high-performance buildings through industry-leading sustainability standards. Our portfolio includes a range of successful certifications under LEED v4, v4.1 and v5 rating systems, demonstrating our deep expertise in optimizing environmental performance, energy efficiency, and occupant well-being. LEED is for all building types and all building phases including new construction, interior fit outs, operations and maintenance and core and shell.
LEED O+M
LEED for Operations and Maintenance (LEED O+M) is designed for existing buildings that are in use and want to improve performance over time. It focuses on day-to-day operations such as energy and water use, waste management, indoor environmental quality, and green cleaning practices. This certification is ideal for facilities seeking to reduce operating costs, increase occupant health and comfort, and validate their commitment to sustainability through ongoing improvement.
LEED BD+C
LEED BD+C applies to new construction or major renovation projects and guides teams in designing buildings that are energy-efficient, water-smart, low-carbon, and built with sustainable materials. The certification covers every phase of construction, from site selection to material sourcing to systems design. LEED BD+C helps ensure that new buildings deliver long-term environmental benefits, operational savings, and improved user comfort.
LEED ID+C
LEED ID+C focuses on the sustainability of interior spaces within new or existing buildings. It is especially relevant for tenant fit-outs in office buildings, retail spaces, and hospitality interiors. This certification evaluates elements like lighting, HVAC systems, low-emission materials, and energy efficiency at the interior level. LEED ID+C is ideal for organizations seeking to green their leased or owned commercial spaces while enhancing the health and well-being of occupants.
